We had to develop a German-language website for a charity auction and searched a long time for a suitable app. "Auction Pro" was the only suitable option, and it turned out to be a lucky find. Very well integrated into the Shopify platform, it was easy to work with and to create the individual objects and adapt all pages and templates to the design of the client's organization. We were even able to localize all relevant text into German – even though the app doesn't officially supply a German translation. The best part was the excellent support from Jeffrey Quach, who helped with our inquiries within a very short time and even integrated some special requests into the app. That's not something you'd expect – and given the low price, it's a truly great service. One of the best experiences in a long time, highly recommended. We are completely satisfied with the implementation process and the results.

Auction Pro was easy to install and integrate. There's clear step by step instructions on everything from creating to fulfilling auctions. The only small downside is the slight restriction on design customisation(althought this is being addressed in future updates). Auctions are easy to schedule, and the duplication feature makes it easy to set up multiple similar items in a short space of time. Perhaps most importantly, the support is top notch. Jeffrey answers any questions I might have in a quick and friendly manner, and is always willing to take on ideas on how to improve the app. An easy 5 out of 5!
