one of the worst app I have tried ever. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. do not even waste your time as I had to hire other freelancers to make it work and even doing that the app did not change the prices, did not find the right competitors. I wanted to create rules for my prices and later on if you want to be notify about changes you need to go to next plan paying more for nothing. Not recommended at all.

I would not recommend this app. There is no way to contact anyone for support. Good luck finding an email that works. We've sent multiple emails. The "chat with us" doesn't work. Our product catalog doesn't work and does not match properly with out competitors.

Customer support (PAUL) was really bad, and product matching doesn't work. All the time it doesnt match the right products. And if i would like to do it, manually product by product like pricemole, i get send to the competitor side. unbelievable how i wasted 100 dollars and a lot of time on this. PS: I never asked for a discount! Please read back our conversation.

We were looking at building a product that does something similar to this. This takes a lot of the leg work out of price scanning competitors. Takes a bit of configuring to get the most out of it but well worth it. Quick shoutout to the the team particularly Paul as he's been great throughout this process. Thanks very much!

The guys at Pricefy are fantastic, they go above and beyond to help answer any questions you have. They have added functions to the system that weren't previously available to accommodate the systems and processes I have in my business. I cannot recommend these guys enough. This app has been amazing so far. Simple setup, intuitive dashboarding and metrics, and something very important to me - the customer support response time and quality has been great. Very competitive plans available when comparing to other apps in the same space

One of the main benefits is once all your products are uploaded, the app brings all the competitors to you rather than having to manually find and input. You can also fine tune by manually uploading competitors so you get the best of both worlds. You need to spend a bit of time to tidy up the data of what you don't need, but this is to be expected. Like I say, the key is having all the data there in the first place. There was a very slight issue I had with initial set up but this was very quickly rectified when I contacted the support team.
