Customer support (PAUL) was really bad, and product matching doesn't work. All the time it doesnt match the right products. And if i would like to do it, manually product by product like pricemole, i get send to the competitor side. unbelievable how i wasted 100 dollars and a lot of time on this. We were looking at building a product that does something similar to this. This takes a lot of the leg work out of price scanning competitors. Takes a bit of configuring to get the most out of it but well worth it. Quick shoutout to the the team particularly Paul as he's been great throughout this process. Thanks very much!

One of the main benefits is once all your products are uploaded, the app brings all the competitors to you rather than having to manually find and input. You can also fine tune by manually uploading competitors so you get the best of both worlds. You need to spend a bit of time to tidy up the data of what you don't need, but this is to be expected. Like I say, the key is having all the data there in the first place. There was a very slight issue I had with initial set up but this was very quickly rectified when I contacted the support team.

Makes it very easy to track item prices, however the dashboard is quite slow.

Great software, really easy to use and great support. We were tracking prices on a spreadsheet in a limited way and it was incredibly labour intensive so we only could do it 1-2 times a month. Now we can monitor all our competitors, when they move, who did first, and then make better decisions on our own pricing
