PrettyDamnQuick has been a godsend for our team. We found PDQ at a time when we were migrating our website to Shopify. We really needed a checkout tool to get control over our delivery options and get the best conversion rate for the new Shopify setup. We particularly love how PDQ helps us get around some limiting Shopify defaults. For example, PDQ prevents Shopify from duplicating shipping prices together from multiple locations, which was confusing customers and losing us sales. PDQ also makes in-store pickup available to local orders, even for multi-origin shipments which our customers love. It’s also great for setting up live carrier rates with special pricing rules. The rules depend on things like specific orders and/or shipping locations. We were amazed at how quickly they turned something really complicated into a plan and system that’s simple for our team to manage. And it’s pretty amazing how now each customer gets highly personalized shipping pricing. We value the PDQ partnership and couldn’t be more impressed with PrettyDamnQuick’s can-do approach and their amazing support team. We’d recommend them to any eCommerce business looking to transform profitability while scaling with confidence.

Since using PDQ, we've seen more than 37% in increased shipping revenues!! PDQ has really exceeded our expectations. We're a small, family-run team and we needed a system we could manage on our own, but also get real support for anything if necessary (in Salck!) The delivery promise ("Arrives by XXX") is accurate, and it really works! It's been setting the right expectations with customers for all types of products, especially those on pre-order that won't arrive for a while. The PDQ team also showed us how to set up A/B tests in our checkout's shipping page to test wording, delivery promises, and free shipping thresholds until we found the most profitable combination. We're seeing a 10% increase in customers choosing non-free shipping options, and 18% of these customers are choosing the higher-priced expedited options! This is all thanks to A/B tests that tell us what resonates most with our customers. Best of all is that our customers are much happier–we're building stronger customer loyalty all around.
