We love how easy it is to make customizations to drinks. We use this in conjunction with fresh KDS. My biggest complaint is that it's next to impossible to get accurate sales data.

This app fills a need that Shopify really doesn't cover for those of us selling coffee. That alone is great. But what I have really appreciated from them is the customer service. Much like the other reviewers have mentioned, when we ran into an issue, not only were they willing to jump in and help walk us through where we had missed a setting, but they even did a quick update to the app to fix one we couldn't do on our own. I don't think I can fully put into words how much POS Cafe has positively impacted my business! The app itself is absolutely essential to our day-to-day operations. The POS Cafe team is very attentive and constantly making improvements. We had a small bug when we first integrated the app, and Adam responded within minutes, hopping on a call with me to get it sorted - despite a 17 hour time difference.
