Installation was super easy and the team was really helpful with any questions/requests I had. Overall the app seems to be performing well increasing the likelihood to purchase pretty significantly. I was surprised by how quickly our customers began sending out polls and making purchases. The app quickly pays for itself.

it sounded nice, but there is no free plan like advertised. you have to pay to use it. free trial is available but that's not the same. giving it 1 star for the waste of people's time.
