This app is really neat for those stores that need reviews. Stan was very communicative and answered all my emails within 1 hour. Great app AI amazing reviews

This is a great app especially for e-commerce reseller stores who are just getting started and don't have any customer reviews. With Platoria you can at least display reviews for the products you are selling. Additionally, the customer service is excellent. I had a couple of technical issues and the CEO reached out personally and took care of the problems very quickly.

This app is really unique!! You dont need to do this whole process of collecting reviews from your customers. If a store already has reviews somewhere else like on amazon, it just uses those reviews as a base to create these review summaries. The whole app is also pretty intuitive. Clear recommendation from us!

I personnaly cannot judge how the future of reviews will look like. But the founders of this app make it seem like this is they way of how it will be done. These summaries are simply much more efficient for both stores and clients. Currently, e-commerce, especially reviews, is a totally untapped market by AI but this app seems to present something totally revolutionary with the power of AI. As a store owner, I even like the aspect of showing ""Cons"" as this makes your products seem more believable because there are no perfect products. The only slight downside was that I didn't grasp at first what this app does because the decription is not really descriptive enough. But this is such a multi-facetted app that the description space might simply not be sufficient. Keep up the great work, guys!

I have to give the app a low review for the following reasons: although it does a fairly good job scanning the products and selecting the right product, it doesn't provide actual reviews. It provides an overview of the product which a shop would have anyways in the product description. The huge negative is the excess space the "review" window takes up next to the product with all the pointless 'pros', which is simply oversized and unsightly and not adapted to the theme settings or CSS. But worse are the 'cons,' which are illogical and make no sense at all for a review and are plain negatives and counterproductive for any shop unless you sell cars and want to compare car models. The final turnoff is the sheer imaginary price the developer has put for it: $9.99 per month for TEN 'reviews', $89.99 per month for only 100 products, and $399.99 per month for 500 products. I mean, seriously? This is not a review app. It's a product comparison app.

The Platoria team is awesome and helped me with all of my support inquiries very quickly. All-around awesome app and basically the only app on the Shopify App Store offering these curated AI reviews by going out and finding them for specific products across the web. Super cool.

However, I have to give massive credit where it's due - the owner reached out proactively to understand my needs. They then worked tirelessly to create a custom solution tailored to my business, exceeding my expectations. The app itself is fantastic – beautifully designed, intuitive to use, and delivers powerful results. But what truly sets it apart is the unmatched level of communication and thoughtfulness demonstrated by the owner. I'm immensely grateful for their dedication and for enabling me to leverage the app's benefits across my entire product range. Highly recommended!

The Platoria team is EXCELLENT and actually implemented an "Enterprise" plan on their app solely at my request, since I have way more than 200 products on my store. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to gain some social proof for products that are harder to personally gain reviews for on your own store.
