One in three scans the camera goes black. We tried 5 devices. They all have the issue. Extremely frustrating. Going to look for another app.

We love this app. It does exactly what it promises and has made our work so much easier. The features are reliable, the interface is simple to use, and it consistently performs without glitches. The real standout, though, is the support team led by Pramod. They respond promptly to every issue, no matter how small, and always follow through until the problem is resolved. It is rare to see this level of attention and professionalism. We highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a dependable solution backed by excellent customer support.

Very disapponting, the app itself used to work well but they have increased the price every time, and the last one to US$20 is just ridiculous for the kind of functionality which is pretty basic. I will defintely be uinstalling this app

Price doubled overnight from $10 to $20. It does what it says it does, but doubling the price without any increase in functionality means that we will be shopping around for something that does the same ... for less.

I would love to give this app 5 stars. The app itself is fantastic. But doubling the price from $10 to $20 with no additional features is absolute madness. I'll move to Pickify. It doesn't do everything Pick List Pro does, but it's $1.99/month. I can deal with losing some of the features to save $18/month, especially given that my shop is very low volume these days.

Used this app for years, then they increased the price by four times and squeezed me out. Classy. In response to your cut and paste comment below, I would just say, first, I found a replacement app that does the same thing for $2/mo; second, you should have "grandfathered" in your existing subscribers and charged this new fancy price for new signups. Shopify store owners pay way too much for apps, so when you raise the price you are hurting small business. Anyways, I happy to go elsewhere if that's how you want to treat your existing customers.

Consistent app and worked great for $5, but definitely not worth the jump to $20 with no additional features. We moved to an app that is only $2 and does the same thing for us. Disappointing that they thought a jump from 5 to 20 was ok.

We have roughly 400k SKUs in our system, and sometimes have hundreds of orders per day. A pick list app is an absolute must have for my industry (card game shop) and BR Pick List Pro is great for what we need. We have our inventory all sorted in a specific manner and have been able to set the app up to show us what we need to pull for orders in the most optimal manner so as to only hit a shelf/row/drawer/section once and not return until the next time we need to pull orders. Support is great as well. They were missing a couple of quality of life feature we wanted at first, and when we emailed to ask for it to be implemented, they had both programmed in within a week. Fantastic!

App worked nicely, had some issues last few months (probably due to useless updates) but now price is going up from $ 5,00 per month to $ 20,00 per month. Happy 4th anniversary. That is no gift, but a big disappointment. I will be looking for another app now.
