After an incredibly challenging attempted transition to a new version of Bold -- the software I was on for the last 6 years), I began looking for a new app for my subscription program focused on training quilters to design their own quilts using a particular piece of software. Without software to manage my billing, I would have needed to shut down my business. AFter my first meeting with PayWhirl, I was cautiously optimistic. I found that PayWhirl has a great display for the product (allowing customers to easily see both regular and prepaid options). It also has all the reporting that I need to manage communications with my customers and delivery of the products. Larry was a dream to work with and did an incredible job of guiding me through the migration from my old software. I was able to transition 400 members effectively in a one week time period. The transition went incredibly well and I am very happy with PayWhirl and the support I have received. My only wish is that I would have found PayWhirl earlier.

Paywhirl gives you full control of your subscription model, allowing you to customize your workflow and your customers' experience exactly how you want. We've tried the other subscription apps, but they all had limitations that Paywhirl did not. Plus their support team is very responsive, and they release new features all the time.

After 2 years working with them. the subscription options will stop working on your product after a while, you have to remove it and add it again. i already lost 13 subscribers since working with paywhirl. Customer service is the most chilled and certainly not the fastest. I would not recommend

We use PayWhirl mainly for our coffee club membership. It gave us an opportunity to add the subscription service at the start of the membership year. One of the features, I liked most is the ability to change monthly coffee based on which product we choose to feature for that month . We have been using the ap for several years, it works well and we have been happy with it. Today however, I had a special request related to a new theme I am using on Shopify. I was not able to use the standard tools supplied by the theme for showing a sale price and an original price on a one time purchase without changing the % off on the recurring club pricing. I contacted customer service through Chat and I got Sergey which was the best stroke of luck I have had in a long time. Not only was he incredibly fast in understanding the problem he literally took the reigns and wrote special code for me to be able to do what I wanted to do. Perfection! He actually made it look better than I had asked for. This NEVER happens, usually I just figure my day is going to wasted when dealing with merchant customer service on any platform. Not today and not with Sergey. I am completely blown away by how fast he understood the issue and fixed it. And best of all, he is very kind and humble. He also provided a video for me to refer to when I want to change the % off for a different promotion and have to alter the code. This guy is a great employee. Very impressed.

We had an issue which turned out to be the theme and nothing to do with PayWhirl but the support team still took time to help us out with trying to troubleshoot and make it work. Outstanding support. The product works amazingly out of the box too. Highly recommend.
