the app is slow and very manual. city, zone and area have to be selected for every order and item details don’t auto-fill. Pathao merchant panel should have a draft system for shopify orders so we can review, print labels, prepare parcels, and send them for pickup. this would save a lot of time and make the workflow much more efficient.

it is really good, but it should have draft order on pathao, so that we can maintain manual order also. hope developer team will look into it.

Customer মোবাইল নাম্বারের আগে, +880 880 1832840889 বা +880 01720128835 আসে যার একটাও pathao panel যায় না । সব ম্যানুয়ালি দেওয়া লাগে । ২. ম্যানুয়াল POS সেলস এমাউন্ট পাঠাও PANEL যেয়ে জিরো হয়ে যাচ্ছে। প্রতিটা পার্সেলের এমাউন্ট হাতে এডিট করা লাগতেছে। ৩. Order ID প্যানেল যেয়ে বদল হয়ে যায়। ৪. একটা অর্ডারের যদি প্রোডাক্ট edit হয়। ওই আপডেট অ্যামাউন্ট পাঠাও তে যায় না। প্রথম অর্ডার এমাউন্টাই পাঠাতে চলে যায়। ৫. ঢাকার বাহিরে Zone , City সিলেক্ট করা যায় না এগুলো খুবই সিরিয়াস সমস্যা, এগুলো দ্রুত সমাধান করা উচিৎ।

App does not work and the support does not care ! Plz don't publish an app just for the sake of publishing it !

In case of manual POS sales, the amount of money goes to the Pathao panel becomes 0 (ZERO). What kind of app is this?

A simple logic to integrate logistics api to shopify. but unfortunately the team did not complete the app before launching and full of errors. hoping for a quick update.

1st June - Unfortunately apps not working. Showing error "Failed to send order to patha courier" Waiting for solution. Hope so they will solve it asap.
