We would NEVER recommend Parcel2Go for ANY shipments. We've had the worse nightmare with Parcel2Go with long-term consequences, and with deliveries to the USA never finalising, and zero notifications provided to us. We now have chargeback after chargeback with penalties and fees, our account blacklisted for three months by Shopify causing total loss of sales, and our stellar 5-star reviews bombarded with customer complaints from all the problems caused by Parcel2Go. The company is awful, and their labeling and tracking system completely illogical, and their delivery service is not reliable and doesn't even work.

If incompetence were an Olympic sport, these guys would take home the gold — if they could figure out how to enter the competition. Dealing with them is like watching a clown car crash in slow motion: chaotic, confusing, and somehow getting worse at every turn. Save yourself the headache — go somewhere else. Or just set your money on fire; at least that way, you'll get some warmth out of it.

Terrible company, terrible people, terrible support. We begrudgingly use them because they offer access to some decent rates with several parcel companies, but we expect absolutely nothing in the way of support from them; and I say this as a VIP customer who receives preferential support. These guys are leeches, bottom of the barrel scum.

Imports items in quickly, offers v.good range of services. 2 issues I have with the service 1. Would prefer if we could set custom valuation as it's a set amount or full RRP - I need to insure it at price we buy it in for, not what we sell it at nor £20. 2. Would like for items to extend past 14 days as sometimes we do custom work that needs the extra time.

Very Good, easy to use. Only thing we would change is the tracking to be the couriers site and not parcels2go site. Competitively priced and lots of options to send. Customer service is very easy to use and always sort any issues we have had in the past promptly.

*It's Broken* Smartsend imports don't work, ongoing issue with the phone number "not being in the correct format" - I have told them 3 times in 3 months and still not resolved. I either have to manually create each order, or, use another service. Hopefully someone sees and actually does something about it.

Parcel2go. Finally an App that does what it says on the tin! Effortless and cost effective, plus you can chat to really people.

UI and UX is great, however, the customer service is awful There is no way to change my collection address in smart send. Customer chatbot service unable to help and the API email they recommended is unresponsive All i want to do is change my collect from address My details on Shopify are correct. I have deleted the plugin and reconnected parcel2go app to no avail. Why is a simple task impossible for them to fix?

Very good app. Easy to use and importing everything fluently. A lot of shipping options. Happy with the app :)
