Highly recommended! The app works perfectly well and the support is outstanding. Needed some tweaks made and everything was done as requested and quickly. Very happy with all aspects of this app and service.

Ed here! This 'App' literally saves me hours everyday not having to input addresses and consignments manually. If you want an easy and fuss-free way to get your orders from Shopify to whatever postage printing service you want, this is it. I've been using this app for at least the last two years with very little hiccups. Have confidence using this product! - Ed

The app doesn't work how it should. CSV files don't import properly or show up in the main screen, and it overcharges customers for postage on small items. A really disappointing experience using this app, it was quicker for us to enter in consignments manually than fiddle with the quirks of this app. There is virtually no support and on some occasions we waited DAYS for anyone to get back to us. We were told at one point to go elsewhere as the developer couldn't assist us with any further support, imagine that - wanting help to use a product that you are paying for! ** Edit. After leaving this review we received this from the developer, whom we attempted to contact numerous times with little to no response. From the developer - "If you haven't already uninstalled the app I highly recommend you uninstall it now, I won't be providing any refunds as there was ample time to resolve any issues during the two week trial period." and also (after asking for a refund of fees paid for the faulty service) "I recommend you ask shopify for a refund as I won't be providing one directly, nor do I have the facility to do so via shopify. The two week free trial period is ample time to sort any issues out and when you installed the app you agreed to these terms and conditions set out by shopify. It is frankly not my fault you have taken this long to respond to any queries in response to setting up the app." Unfortunately they have taken our money and run with such a flawed app, don't end up like us and waste your money on this. There is virtually no support with this app, and the owner is aggressive towards people wanting help.

This app is a must have! Whilst quite tricky to get up and running, Min was always there to answer questions (even on the weekend) and now it is saving us so many hours a day! I would recommend this to anyone who is using e-parcel!

The one thing we were scared about when migrating to Shopify from our previous webstore was the eParcel integration. We're well aware of how difficult Aus Post systems can be at times - so this was a very daunting process. Mins from PI was fantastic from the start, helping and guiding where necessary. While it was a little bit of a learning curve to get our head around the process (As it was vastly different to our previous method), soon as we did it's such a simple and easy APP to use. Mins has also been great in assisting and helping out whenever a problem comes up - we generally get assistance within a few hours, and it's great.

This app has saved us HEAPS of time and eliminated data entry errors. At first I thought it was expensive, but it is much cheaper and less risky than doing the data entry manually. Their support team has been helpful in including small changes that I have requested very quickly. A must for eParcel users!

Fantastic app! Links eParcel and Shopify with ease. Also the customer service is very helpful, even responding to me very quickly on a weekend when I was doing the initial setup. Highly recommended.

This App has been an absolute life-saver for my business! It's literally halved the time (and more) it takes for me to process and dispatch orders. It also removes any human errors in the dispatch of orders (e.g. incorrectly inputting the wrong street name or number) as everything is pulled from your Shopify orders (with postcodes and suburbs corrected by the App if the customer has entered these incorrectly). Rather than taking hours to fill my orders on a daily basis it now only takes a matter of minutes. The App is very easy to install and the user-guide is excellent. Min is amazing with his support, always responding to me incredibly quickly even on weekends and public holidays! Nothing is too much of a hassle for Min and he goes the extra step to help out and ensure everything runs smoothly. I would highly recommend this App for anyone using e-parcel with their online store. You won't regret it and would've wished you'd installed it earlier!
