We've only started building customised landing pages. The backend is easy to use and understand. But what stands out is the exception customer service team. Kudos to not using AI Chatbots to regurgitate FAQ answers. They actually have people on the other end to understand the problem for that use case. It's refreshing to receive such support.

With so many app integrations, it is so much easy to create good landing pages. And support is really good and prompt.

Tried to get support to update it's liquid code that was giving me a performance error- Pagefly still has not updated their code from 'include' to 'render' snippets. Completely unsatisfactory for a major Shopify app dev. Then Pagefly wants you to join/sign up for another app to simply provide feedback???

I always have a great experience with PageFly's agents. Their responses are always timely and helpful. It also helps that they have technical knowledge of the platform so they're able to troubleshoot specific issues instead of just sending a generic FAQ or help article.

Yakub is a very attentive person who helped me to resolve the issue and remained on the chat all the way until he made sure that all works as intended. BTW, issue itself was not caused by the app. It rather was caused by the page size limitations on Shopify. Yakub helped me to resolve it anyways. That guy deserves a raise if anyone is reading this :)

Good stuff, app is definitely superior to what you can do on a basic shopify template. Full control to max out conversions, not cookie cutter templates.
