24h ago we had several problems with this app, it stopped working suddenly and we still don't receive the support we need. Have to find other solution unfortunately...

I really love this app even it is in draft order mode doesn't let customers put in the discount code. It does bring revenue for my store and is easy to set up. If they can have other modes for me will be perfect.

**update of the update** Armon and his team helped me to solve the described issue below. Very fast and professional, now i love the app :D **update** i had the following issue: the app sends customer directly to cart instead of letting him on the store to shop more products. AND the big problem. if someone puts 3 items into cart, the cart only show 1 items EVERYTIME. If i put 10 items the cart shows 1 item :D this is not an upselling app, its a downselling app hahah. i wrote the support 10 weeks almost every day and they did not respond anymore! i deinstalled all the apps of this company! awesome Support! The support helped me a lot and they customized my upsell pop up! AWESOME! i can recommend this app!

Honestly impressed with this app and customer service! I had a slight sizing problem with my theme and Dhruv helped me fix my code so it fit perfectly! I also wanted some font size changes and that was done with no problems. I highly recommend this app 10/10, customer service is fast, app is smooth and there's no speed change in my theme. I updated my review from 4 to 5 stars, because in fact there is more features available than it seems at first glance, for example, a custom CSS.... Since 2 weeks we are having a raise in sales and thanks to Oursell The App is free, very simple to set up and use, they is no slowdown after installing it, nor when the popups are firing based on triggers. It is working fine. The popups are very natural. I like the customization possibilities, I had a compatibility issue with my theme, and the support solve it.

Very useful app, loved it immediately! The design looks great and the customer service is always here to help.
