We run a stationery store, and offer wholesale versions of our products which require a minimum order only for our wholesalers. Using different apps to achieve proper lockdown/whole sale discounts, we used MinMaxify to do our minimum order amount requirements. We had some issues at first setting up, but the team did an AMAZING job with helping us out. They took a look at our site and immediately were able to fix the problem we had. MinMaxify does exactly what I need on my website. It allows me to set limits to how many free samples a customer can order at a time. I've used it for a couple of years now and I haven't had any issues. The set up is quite easy and their support team is very helpful, fast, and knowledgable. This app also lets you limit which items can be bought together (for example, you can set it up so that pre-order items cannot be bought alongside in-stock items). But make sure you email support and ask them for help! In our experience the support team has been very quick and very helpful. They've even reached out to us to make sure their suggested fixes worked for us when we didn't get back to them. We have a very small team so having an app that lets us cut down on pre-order headaches is a game changer.
