The app is priced extremely fairly compared to other apps that tried to nickel and dime your by forcing you to increase to higher tiered plans based on our order volume. This app does not do that, which is very refreshing for a change.

We really like the way we can drill down analytics by UTM source, as all of the campaigns we run contain UTM parameters. Thus a very helpful A/B testing tool for us.

Love the scheduling options, as we run our A/B tests at certain intervals. Also, the app allowed us to really focus on increasing AOV by selecting that as the auto select winner criteria. I will say, the analytics are a little basic with lower plans, so if you are looking for something more in depth, their enterprise plan is definitely the way to go.

Very smooth app! Felt pretty similar to Trident A/B, but I think Optimal AB is a slightly better app overall.

The strengths of this app would be ease of use, good features and right price. Cons would be lacking more advanced analytics, no theme testing, and no JavaScript.

While I was hoping for a little more functionality, it does satisfy the things we were looking for at a reasonable price. Just make sure that you have a decent amount of traffic before you start running A/B tests or it won't do squat. The email notification feature is handy as it notifies you when a test is complete. The support staff seem nice and knowledgeable. Would recommend it overall!

We tried several other AB testing apps and they were all very cumbersome and confusing. Stumbled upon this one and it is by far the most user-friendly A/B testing app out there. Would recommend this app to anyone who is seeking a solid CRO tool for their Shopify store!
