Tech support was really good. Eugene sorted out my issue with very clear instructions and all working perfectly now.

I've only had this installed a few days but so far I'm impressed by the ease of setup - the app takes care of a lot of things I expected to have to do myself (like coupon integration) and their support is first class - answering questions quickly but in an unrushed fashion.
