nahh This is actually one of the best apps on shopify hands down. The support team is ACTUALLY 24/7, im not even joking, like wtvr u need, theyll help you with it, no matter what it is. I actually really enjoyed talking to them, because they dont act like bots and actually sound like down to earth humans. Again, this app is amazing. THANK YOU EUGENE ! <3

Il est également facile d'obtenir du support via le chat, de plus l'attente n'est pas longue, ce que j'apprécie car j'aime bien qu'on réponde à mes interrogations rapidement et pas dans un jour ou deux. J'ai seulement hâte qu'il y ait plus de modèles, mais dans l'attente on peut toujours travailler avec les modèles existants et les amener à notre image. Je recommande Brigitte

I have been using this app since I started and has been an immense help. Now I'm transitioning to something more advanced and integrated with email campaigns, but would definitely recommend for anyone starting out or looking for a free version. Very easy to set up and very customizable.

I had a little hiccup that I couldn't figure out but one of the team - James - was able to provide the exact answer I needed and now my pop up is functioning exactly how I had intended! This is the third pop up app I have tried - the others couldn't make my request work! I'll be sticking with these guys now :)

Spent an entire day looking for an app that allows easy on-click pop-ups that do not require a lot of code. Found this app and the process was easy enough. Had a little hick-up, but the customer service rep, Eugune, was extremely helpful and resolved my issue in a minute. My only wish is that I would discover this app first! Was looking for pop-up forms hence this one didn't appear in my searches. Maybe a tip for your marketing team to add some keywords that would include "forms" as this app supports simple form building as well!

Despite having less reviews than other Popup apps, I chose 1Click Popups because it seemed easy, versatile and well designed. I found this to be the case, and when I encountered an issue and also made a requet for a font to be added, Eugene from the support team responded straightaway and also kept up me updated with progress. The pop-up does the exat job we need it too and the customer service is brilliant.

Good, friendly and quick response by James. The app works perfectly. Just did a feature request to ad an upload field to the form. Nice that they listen to their customers, and add new features to the roadmap to improve the functionality of this excelent product.

Absolutes "must have". Es wurde an alles gedacht, sogar die Popups für einzelne Länder und Sprachen zu aktivieren / deaktivieren. Suche ich immer vergebens bei anderen Apps. Alle Einstellungen sind ganz easy umzusetzen.
