So far so good. I'm on the free version which works well for me as I only have one collection. Needed to move the widget to a different spot and their support team was able to do it for me without issue.

Really love the app, easy to set. just exactly what I need. The widget is beautifully designed, and show the date rule as I wish to. Support is also very helpful. High recommend.
