Octane AI's support team, especially Ariel, was exceptional at assisting me with the customization I wanted to implement in my quiz. While the customization features are already great, Ariel helped me write the code to target specific question pages in my quiz. As someone who frequently works with web design UIs, I really like how easy it is to add custom fonts to. In the future, I would love to see more advanced customization features on Octane AI, such as changing the color of text colors on specific pages.

Octane AI has been number one for a long time for a reason. The logic just works for the Shopify-oriented brain (and store). I had a few questions about how to best achieve what I was looking for and Ariel from the support team was fantastic in helping me. He took my quiz, provided suggestions, and offered a white glove experience. The follow up and follow through of this support team (Ivana as well followed up from a different chat) is super impressive. Use them as a resource for sure!
