We have used this app for quite a while. There was a change recently that requires a pro level tier for the emails to be sent from our own hosting. We needed some help with getting the DNS nameservers set up. We sent a message through the chat along with some screenshots and we were able to get it sorted out. Super practical app with an incredibly helpful costumer service!!

It seems to work without trouble. I just got in contact because I was frustrated that there is a logical feature missing (clicking through at a certain point). They say they agree and will add the feature, should be ready next week? That's cool.

This is very user friendly and easy to set up. I also got SUPER fast customer service. I was DMing for help at 11pm on a Sunday and got a response almost right away! I've downloaded and tried a bunch of different apps that were too difficult to set up and just didn't have the customization that this one offers. If you want a notify me when out of stock button and an easy email set up once your item is back in stock, this app is it!
