User interface is pretty straightforward and easy to look through the orders. Ability to book, print labels, batch fulfill makes order fulfillment way more convenient.

App is able to sync the orders and fulfill the orders when the airway bill is printed. Saves hassle to click on fulfill again at the orders page. However there were a few hiccups when we first set us as we were using the older version previously. Nonetheless, the problem has been solved and all's good.

The app is super easy to use and has provided convenience to the business. It has also cut down so much time because the process is so seamless. Experienced a couple of glitches here and there, but the app support was so quick and responsive that we got most solved quickly. The user interface is easy to use and seamless. The steps are straight forward with just enough customisations that are thoughtfully designed for business owners to quickly manage their shipping labels with NinjaVan. Support has also been quick to respond when we face small issues during the setting up! Our account managers Henry and Daniel are also very responsive and helpful. Overall, really pleased with the app as we've tried several shipping apps before and find that the NinjaVan's integration with Shopify has been the most seamless so far.
