APP works fine. Customer support is excellent. Would highly recommend this APP for small to medium Shopify customers.

Beware of the extra costs for labels created after going above the free threshold label per month, it can be quite expensive as 4-5 times comparing to other apps

This app has really help our small business cut time with processing orders, when we had some issues with our weights Nathan waas super helpful and clear with how we fix all issues.
