Works really well. We use it with 3 couriers plus Australia Post. Only very tiny bug bear is that if we have to change the customer address on Shopify, it does not change on Joovi so you have to change it on both. Otherwise its the best postage app we have used in nearly 20 years of doing online

App is amazing, saves me heaps of time, price is great and most of all Support gets back to you fast for any questions that may arise. 5/5

So far so good! It is a bit different to what we were used to (Shippit) and a little more fiddly but overall , not too big a deal and the money we are saving is insane! Shippit is so expensive. Would not recommend for smaller businesses. Also, wanted to make a special note and thank you to Rachael who has been helping us during the initial set-up stages, she has been absolutely amazing! Very quick to respond and help with any issues we ere facing, all resolves and in such a timely manner. Love your work Rach! So far, the overall experience with JOOVII has been very positive. Absolutely amazing app, every aussie shopify store owner out there could benefit from it. Makes fulfilling orders so easy, and seamlessly integrates with auspost, sendle and a host of other services. Any issues we had, Andrew and the team went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly (even on weekends!). Cannot recommend this app and company enough!

While the app itself is great and does exactly what it says and deserves every one of its 5 stars, I would also give Andrew from Joovii 10 stars if I was able. Andrew was quick to reply with every question and readily available to jump on a call and sort out an issue then and there. Truly excellent service.

easy to use app, with great support, all questions answered. much cheaper then sellerdash and works just as well. theres no charge for labels printed like on sellerdash which is a bonus. Joovii also works with multiple carriers. Joovii also saves all labels onto their server for around 12 months. unlike sellerdash where if you accidently delete a pdf file they make you re purchase the labels. sellerdash is out and Joovii is in!

Working with Andrew from Joovii with my integration with Shopify would have been pretty frustrating for Andrew as my whole set up was wrong, a simply task that should have taken no more then an hour took us 2.5 hours. But Andrew stood tall through the whole process and walked me through step by step and never gave in until the task was complete! This app allows me to fetch carrier calculated shipping from multiple carriers like Aus Post and Sendle. Andrew was also super helpful and only too happy to jump on a call and guide me through the process of integrating everything on our store. Highly recommend!
