It does not work for subscription. Support (Tim) ignored our question too. Even when the support repleis it took days. So we uninstalled this app during trial.

Best App, I had an issue I asked them if they can help me out, they even made a customized solution for me. I had the issue that I had 3 different fullfilment centers, one printify and two others in my country, so they helped me that my customer do not get charged double. superb support. I never wrote a review for an App, but now I have to, such great help.

Finally an app that deals with all our shipping needs. We use different shipping couriers, that each have their own zone division and pricing for weight. This app managed to set up each country and it's shipping methods (usually we have more than 1 carrier per region) Easy setup, easy to use.
