This invasion of privacy is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I did not consent to any direct contact through personal messaging platforms, and this breach of privacy has left me extremely frustrated. I strongly advise against using this app if you value your privacy and expect professional conduct. Shopify, this needs immediate attention to ensure that such violations are addressed and prevented in the future!
