Na een prima samenwerking, hebben ze onlangs Dropship support beëindigd met een tijdsspanne van 1 week. Onverantwoord en niet acceptabel voor vele dropshippers die hier mede hun business in hebben opgebouwd. Ze hebben geen prijsstrategie/afspraken geïmplementeerd met als gevolg dat het merk negatief geraakt wordt doordat sommige partijen dumpprijzen hanteren. Een kwestie van de consequenties van hun eigen fouten op partners afschuiven. Heel jammer....!

Einfach nicht zu empfehlen, ich denke die Produkte sind eigentlich größtenteils in Ordnung, aber die App und der Support sind einfach nicht gut. Wir hatten eine Testbestellung getätigt, diese wurde nach 7 Tagen zugestellt, der Bearbeitungsstatus wurde von der App nicht automatisch aktualisiert und mit der Sendungsnummer konnten wir auch nichts anfangen. Nach mehreren Anfrage warum die App den Bestellstatus nicht automatisch aktualisiert, kam nach über einer Woche die Antwort, man würde daran noch arbeiten. Bei einer weiteren Bestellung, wurde ein Artikel gekauft der gar nicht mehr auf Lager war, hier wurde von der App das Inventar nicht aktualisiert, hierauf antwortet de Support nur, dass man das Inventar kontrollieren muss bevor man den Kunden zum zahlen auffordert, diese Aussage ergibt keinen Sinn, eine App sollte unserer Meinung nach alle Einkäufe automatisieren und keine zusätzlich Arbeiten entstehen lassen.

Ik ken MSY al een hele lange tijd. Altjd als ik vragen had via de app, werden deze snel en proffesioneel met veel uitleg beantwoord. Ik kan MSY zeker aanraden en het toevoegen van producten gaat ook echt heel simpel. MSY THANKS!
