Great app! Does everything we want it to do and support via live chat is really fast and helpful. Monk has helped us enormously in growing our business.

This is a great app functionally. Super easy to implement and blends well with your code. The support team is amazing. However, they could also implement dollar discounts instead of %.

So far we have not encountered any issues. The application has been running smoothly with no problem with integration and the team has been very accommodating with all our inquiries a plus for stellar customer service! Something that you need to consider.

Monk is a decent Shopify app to be able to execute upsells and cross-sells. However, it can take several second to load on the page. But, this is my only suggestion for improvement.

The Monk team has been very helpful in setting up our free gift incentives. We were able to hop on a quick Google Meet where they showed us how to get what we wanted accomplished and troubleshoot. Thank you Jay and Farheed for your support!
