I love the organization of Modash; it has resolved a lot of our issues. We use Modash for our collaborations department, and it provides us with more insight into the projects we take on. The Creator search feature gives us more insight, and having all of the content in one location with the content tracking feature has been really useful. Tracking sales for ROI is a huge game changer for us. The initial setup of Modash was so easy.

Modash has completely streamlined our influencer workflow, allowing us to move from a manual spreadsheet process to a scalable, professional operation. The discovery engine is incredibly powerful for finding specific niche partners, and the data on "fake followers" and audience demographics gives us the confidence we need before making offers. The integrated payment system is also a lifesaver for onboarding creators and keeping our accounting clean. While the platform is seamless for discovery and payments, I do wish it had a built-in contract builder to avoid the manual back-and-forth of emailing PDFs outside the app. Overall, it solves the massive administrative burden of managing relationships and tracking deliverables, making it a must-have for our team.

We’ve been using Modash for the second year in a row, and even though we’re always exploring and testing other platforms that might offer more services or even more accurate data, Modash is still the clear leader for us. What we really love is how fast they grow and improve – it feels like there’s a new feature or upgrade almost every week, and it’s because they genuinely listen to their customers. Before Modash, our influencer marketing work was split across too many tools – Excel for collaboration data, Notion for tracking statuses, a separate affiliate platform on Shopify, AI tools for searches, email for manual orders and outreach, and more spreadsheets for calculations. Now, all of that lives in one platform. Honestly, such a relief to have everything in one place. This year alone, they’ve added so many features we asked for. We’d share feedback with our success manager, and either they’d roll it out surprisingly fast or give us exact deadlines for when it would be live. The team works incredibly well together, and it shows. For me, the new AI discovery tool is an !absolute! favourite. As a furniture brand, we often look for creators with very specific interior styles, and now we can actually find them easily. We’re already seeing how this tool keeps improving every day. Another big relief for us is being able to reach out to influencers directly through Modash. Even though we maintain a personal approach with influencers, the platform still gives us flexibility and efficiency. We’ve also been able to build a clear funnel within Modash, which has optimised our work by allowing us to follow structured steps for each collaboration.

Running a lot of different stores. Modash for sure the influencer tool of choice and support team is doing a good job. We're still experimenting with different marketing channels and influencers and haven't scaled it up. But it is obviously good if you need to find and track and email people

Great platform! Every store gets a customer success partner, and ours has done a lot of influencer marketing which is helpful. The team is super professional and helpful. The only downside is that the entry level pricing didn't give us the amount of usage we needed to do large gifting / monitoring without upgrading.

Before starting my own Shopify store, I'd used Modash for years when working at FARFETCH & other brands. Modash has always been the first thing I take over to new roles / projects wherever I move. I use it again now and the Shopify integration keeps getting better and better. It's good for sending out products to influencers, tracking codes, and of course finding influencers initially.

Looked at Modash to understand their Gifting functionality and I think it's really great. The fact creators don't need to sign up, and can move through the flow as if they are a regular customer customizing stuff is a huge improvement on manual gifting. Plus no address collection back and forth. Have not tried Affiliate or promo code functionality, but gifting is great.
