We’ve been using Modash for the second year in a row, and even though we’re always exploring and testing other platforms that might offer more services or even more accurate data, Modash is still the clear leader for us. What we really love is how fast they grow and improve – it feels like there’s a new feature or upgrade almost every week, and it’s because they genuinely listen to their customers. Shout-out to the lovely Modash team! Before Modash, our influencer marketing work was split across too many tools – Excel for collaboration data, Notion for tracking statuses, a separate affiliate platform on Shopify, AI tools for searches, email for manual orders and outreach, and more spreadsheets for calculations. Now, all of that lives in one platform. Honestly, such a relief to have everything in one place. This year alone, they’ve added so many features we asked for. We’d share feedback with our success manager, and either they’d roll it out surprisingly fast or give us exact deadlines for when it would be live. The team works incredibly well together, and it shows. For me, the new AI discovery tool is an !absolute! favourite. As a furniture brand, we often look for creators with very specific interior styles, and now we can actually find them easily. We’re already seeing how this tool keeps improving every day. Another big relief for us is being able to reach out to influencers directly through Modash. Even though we maintain a personal approach with influencers, the platform still gives us flexibility and efficiency. We’ve also been able to build a clear funnel within Modash, which has optimised our work by allowing us to follow structured steps for each collaboration.

Great platform! Every store gets a customer success partner, and ours has done a lot of influencer marketing which is helpful. The team is super professional and helpful. The only downside is that the entry level pricing didn't give us the amount of usage we needed to do large gifting / monitoring without upgrading.

Before starting my own Shopify store, I'd used Modash for years when working at FARFETCH & other brands. Modash has always been the first thing I take over to new roles / projects wherever I move. I use it again now and the Shopify integration keeps getting better and better. It's good for sending out products to influencers, tracking codes, and of course finding influencers initially.

Looked at Modash to understand their Gifting functionality and I think it's really great. The fact creators don't need to sign up, and can move through the flow as if they are a regular customer customizing stuff is a huge improvement on manual gifting. Plus no address collection back and forth. Have not tried Affiliate or promo code functionality, but gifting is great.

If you're using Shopify and want to scale influencer campaigns without the chaos, Modash is 100% worth it.

We first used it in 2021, but now it's become way more practical with a lot more functionality. When you use the app you can set up the whole affiliate program and send gifts as well. Support is also very good. There is room for improvement (a bit confusing between normal links and affiliate links) but every day it get's better and better.

When we ran a seeding campaign last year, over 150 people posted about Lazytan. It was great for building social proof, but keeping track of all that content manually would have taken a lot of work. Instead, we used Modash's content tracking feature. It automatically pulled everything into one place, so we didn’t have to search for posts ourselves. Now, we have a library of UGC we can reuse whenever we need, which has been really helpful. We also use Modash to create our discount codes as it's even easier to do it in there than on Shopify or TikTok Shop! If you work with creators, Modash is a really useful tool. It helps us to stay organized and save time.
