I’ve been using Magical Make An Offer for a little while now and the app itself works brilliantly. It does exactly what it’s supposed to and adds real value to my store. When switching themes, there were a couple of small issues — nothing major and certainly nothing to gripe about. What impressed me was the customer service. Support was immediate, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue straight away. A couple of hours later I noticed something else that needed adjusting, reached out again, and bang — sorted immediately. I can absolutely handle the odd hiccup with apps, especially when the customer service is this responsive and on point. Excellent support like this makes all the difference. Highly recommended.

We've used this app for about a week, and it's already started generating extra income for us. The setup is easy, and the small video library is very helpful in resolving any issues. Service levels are excellent. Kyle and the team are quick to respond to any questions not covered by the videos. The replies are well structured, easy to follow, and ultimately work! We can't see any downside to this app, and we've looked for one! Overall, a great App with excellent customer service. We would recommend it to any business that is looking for growth - who isn't!. A cost-effective, easy-to-use, proven to work and well-supported App.

" Not exactly the 1% advertised I have been contacted by the company about this review - I suggest you contact shopify to investigate why users are being told they will be charge 2.99% and not the advertised 1%

Awesome support experience! There was an internal technical issue with Magical Make an Offer app interfered with a key streaming app on my site. I sent out a support request hoping to get a response in days, and they magically fixed the issue in minutes! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Thank you!

Keeps lagging, doesn't show the offers received unless I go in and check it myself. Not the best experience

Perfect if you have a price on the website and you want to take offers. I wanted no price, just an offer button. It's not made for that. However, the developer team is super helpful and set it up for me very quickly. The original price is still shown in the checkout though so I can't use the full functionality. Maybe what I'm asking isn't possible because Shopify requires info in the price field. Anyway, I'm really happy with the support.
