MageComp - We have done a lot of work on creating an application for embedding various chips in it. The work was carried out professionally and with attention to all the details. I am very pleased.

From the very beginning, this team never provided full and transparent information about all the potential issues and requirements in the process. Because of this, I kept facing hidden obstacles one after another — and many of them remain unresolved until now. Even after almost 4 months of paying monthly fees, I still do not have a fully working application. For example, I cannot even send notifications through the app they eventually published in the Apple Store. As for Google — which is known to be the simplest and fastest way to publish — it has still not been done. Four months later, the Google app is not live, and the account is not properly set up. This is simply unacceptable. Yes, after about two months they did publish the app, but under their Apple Developer Account, not mine. I asked for access to statistics, but I still don’t have it. They never explained clearly how the transfer process would work. Instead, they again requested remote access to my personal computer, which is absolutely unacceptable. I live in the UAE, where the cybersecurity system is extremely strict and we face constant cyber-attacks. For this reason, it is not an option at all to provide personal logins, admin access, or remote access. Yet they kept asking for full admin rights to my Shopify store, to developer accounts, and even direct login details. This is highly unprofessional and creates huge security risks. The Google Developer Account was never properly set up. They still have admin access. From the start, they failed to provide full information about what was required, how the testing process works, or what steps I needed to take as someone publishing an app for the first time. When I submitted the app to production, I was told testing was done — but in reality, I discovered that the only person who tested it was me. Throughout this entire process, I kept receiving incomplete, unclear, and misleading information. Every step created new obstacles simply because things were not explained from the beginning. In the end, this has been not only a waste of money, but even more importantly — a waste of my time. This is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
