I have loaded This app 6 days ago. Although the app has a function that you can place products and collections on a "don;t show" list all thise url's are still shown in the results. I had contact with the service mail but 4 days later i still have the same issue. Sad to say but i don;t think this is working well so i will look for an onther solution.

So I quite like this app I definitely see an improvement in how clients find our products,, more variety being sold and some slow movers starting to sell more , only thing I'm missing is the filter menu option but all in all it's a great app and I will recommend it shopify store owners

We are using Luigi's Box for autocomplete and recommenders for over a year now. Their searching algorithm is very good (best we found) and you can tweak the smart settings in their dashboard. You can also tweak the looks of the autocomplete and search result page in some way, but you cannot tweak everything. Support is helpful though and can help you set the basics, although a dedicated developer is recommended if you want to make elements from Luigi's box look a little bit more customized or some customizations already take place in your store. If you'll have a developer available, their API for Shopify integration is very well usable.
