Balint was very helpful and we managed to set everything up easily. Great devs! Moved from way more expensive platform which wasn't half as good.

He was able to access my account with my permission and set up my loyalty program exactly how I wanted it, even giving me plenty of pointers on how to structure my point system and different tiers. He honestly went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He even added sign-up points retroactively to all my customers who had already signed up prior to creating the loyalty program. We have been running this loyalty app for a few weeks now, and my customers are LOVING it. Everything has run flawlessly. I have tried several loyalty apps and so far I love this one. Easy to setup, has a clean customer forward interface and best of all only wants the customers Birthday in MM/DD format which is better as many people are sensitive about their age. Another feature is its integration into Klaviyo so we can send out Birthday rewards etc.
