Customers earn points on each paid order and see their balance in a small panel on your storefront. When they have enough, they turn points into a one-time discount code that only they can use. Refunds and cancellations take the points back on their own, and unused codes give the points back. You set one rule: points per dollar and what a reward is worth. The admin lists every order that earned points and each customer's balance. No theme edits: it's an app embed you switch on.
