I am typically skeptical of apps and carefully consider reviews before making a decision. However, I must say that this app is truly exceptional. It is the first app that I have shared with my fellow Shopify store owner friends. Live Me Up has made live shopping incredibly easy to navigate. Furthermore, the customer service provided by this app is unparalleled. Unlike other apps where I am left waiting days for a response via email, my personal account representative, Chanida, goes above and beyond by scheduling Zoom calls with me, sharing her screen, and guiding me through the usage of Live Me Up for our site. I highly recommend getting this app now as it has the potential to generate sales from the very first live show you host.

The app takes a little getting used to (toggle between computer and phone) but once you're set up, it has a lot of functionality. You can stream to multiple sources (a huge bonus) and their support team is fantastic. Great for brands who have a lot of visitors to their sites and want to boost conversion.

De plus les statistiques et chiffres post live sont poussés et intéressants à observer pour pouvoir s'améliorer au fur et à mesure.

Très pratique pour les clients qui retrouvent directement les produits dont on parle pendant le live. Permet d'avoir des analyses des produits les plus vus et ceux qui ont intéressé le plus les clients.

This is such an easy to use app, very user-friendly, great UX and one can tell the people behind it have thought through the user's experience and the value the app brings to a ecommerce shop. The support is incredible and is super helpful along the way as well to provide tips and tricks how to apply the features of the app. I can't recommend this app and the people behind it enough! We've used a lot of live shopping apps and this is definitely one of the better live shopping apps out there! So easy to use, setup was easy. All the integrations and features are thoughtful and make sense. And it is definitely designed so we can use these lives for future marketing seamlessly. Customer service is stellar. I can't recommend this app enough.

This is an easy-to-use app and the support is incredible - better than any other installed app. Livestream TV is here to stay and this app is super responsive with new features being added regularly allowing you to stream not just on the site but across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok too. I would recommend everyone that has an e-commerce store to trial this.

One of the best Apps I have ever come across (and personally I have tested more than 200 apps on several Shopify stores). Intuitive, efficient, and extremely cost effective. Alexandre is an incredibly nice guy, he jumped in a Zoom call IMMEDIATELY to help us set up the app for an immediate live session. Pitty there are no more than 5 stars for this team. SUPERB.
