The one thing that lets it down is that when scanning items, sometimes the app will just close itself down and you lose everything you've done so far. The way around it is to save a draft periodically, but there's no pattern to the crash; sometimes you can scan 50 items fine, others just 1 or 2. Whether that's because we're scanning using the app on our phones I don't know, but it should either work or not, none of this will it fail/won't it trepidation! Update 11th Nov: Lightning are even more amazing than first thought. Since leaving the first review they have worked to implement a feature that recovers unsaved transfers in the event of a crash (now identified as an error with the Shopify app, not Lightning). Amazing work so 5 stars definitely deserved.

Yes, it's very useful and convenience.

I wish this did the one simple thing I needed it to: move all of my inventory at one location to another with one click. But it doesn't. I still had to choose every item (over 200 of them) manually, add them to a list and then manually click through every one to bring its number to zero at the first location, having also adjusted the inventory numbers individually at the second location. For me, this is money totally wasted - I could have done that myself without the app.

Super Service and Super Product. Doing Inventory transfers in Shopify is a nightmare as it does not have a native csv option to do bulk transfers. This app does just that. Makes life so much easier. Amazing app and team! I've been using Lighting Inventory for about a month now and we do all changes of inventory through it (adding stuff or removing stuff). I love the simple yet very functional interface and the dedicated team! Just stop looking for other inventory apps, this is the one!

I have been using this app for sometime now. Recently we had a technical issue and after reaching out we had no reply, this lead me to leave a negative review. This negative review promoted Phil to reach out to me. Turns out they had a technical issue with their messaging system (we all have them from time to time). After listening to our issue the team set about to fix the error which was achieved within 24 hours. I am firstly grateful for the fix but more importantly for the professional manner in the way Phil handled this. I am therefore reviewing my review to 5 stars.
