The app works well and is one of the few options available to Chinese stores selling internationally. You must have a Lian Lian Pay Merchant Account for it to work. Getting that was a smooth process, then installing the app was very quick. App support has not been required and there aren't settings to adjust, but the staff that helped me set up our merchant account were professional and helpful.
