I've been facing ongoing stock synchronization issues between my Shopify store and the Korealy app, which have led to frequent discrepancies in product availability. This is causing frustration for both my team and customers. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including removing a potentially conflicting app and re-importing products, the root cause remains unidentified, leading to significant operational challenges and potential loss of sales. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with this app? I’m asking the team for immediate assistance in resolving this matter, as it’s affecting my ability to efficiently run my store.

It's easy to use, but it has issues. 1) The prices are a bit high so it's a little challenging to compete. I just add a few products to my store because I really love them. 2) Items don't import with UPC codes and Korealy is NO help with this. It's almost as if they didn't understand what I was asking for - they told me to go out and buy them lol. Some of bar codes for pdocuts are easily found with a barcode lookup but there are a LOT of products, or variations of products, that are impossible to find the UPC/EAN/GTIN codes for even with in-depth searching. Google Merchant will not accept the listing without one, which means you don't really stand a chance of your listing being seen. Thankfully K-Beauty isn't my only focus, but I had hoped to offer more than I can with Korealy.

This is a great idea, but the prices are higher than retail price on other sites. These are not wholesale prices and my store would not be able to sell these at a profit.

The speed is too slow. There are not many products. The app seems to have to be done in the part of improving the execution speed and bringing various products. Product price is too high

So far so good. About to launch my first store ever using their app to introduce Korean Products! I really like the selection and hope the orders go smoothly. I few things I hope get improved are more quality of life when organizing and importing multiple products within one page. Right now it seems we can only import 1 product at a time and the process can be lengthy. Thank you and can't wait to start selling with Korealy.

They reply fast on support and the products selections are great. You can see in their app that it was made with care for users.
