Charged me today $21 for a subscription even though their site clearly states I wouldn't be until 1000 sales! The explanation by Konigle below is incorrect because I took a screenshot (which I’m willing to share) when I signed up last time that specifically says I wouldn’t be charged until 1000 sales are reached! II had to re-download the app 4 times, because it is buggy! So the claim that that’s s “new” subscription term, is simply BS! Look elsewhere for app which customer service actually stands behind their promises!

Just leaning into it and enjoying it so far, Wen has been EXTREMELY HELPFUL in the setup and implementation of many of the features that I need and has been supporting me for nearly 12 hours in just my first day. I have high hopes for this app and I see good things coming from it!!! Update: It takes a learning curve and in the beginning it will be a little frustrating but Wen has been with me every step of the way (I think she works 24 hours a day, she is always available) and after days and days and guidance and non-stop perseverance, her and the developers have shown me that this app is a must have for a store my size. It has amazing maintenance and integration capabilities and has literally saved me and my team weeks of work. A must have app that shows more than alot of promise once you get to know it well.

Really easy and user friendly app to change prices of all or set of products. They've all the fitler you need to apply price changes to selected products.

Great app, I have a large catalog of products and they have been very helpful to make sure everything is synced and to make sure all the operations are running for me.

We found the perfect replacement for BOLD custom pricing and have saved over USD$50 per month! Our online store is used for B2B checkout. Over the last few yers we have been using BOLD custom pricing for our retail channel partners to check out. This has worked well but at a huge price! Konigle has now been fully implemented and has completely replaced BOLD for a quarter of the price. Added to this, Konigle has so many other amazing functions that help us track customers, create pricing rules, manage our re-ordering and more. Great app - it's a tool everyone should have.

This app saves a ton of time on all things pricing, markdowns, inventory and receiving and has a lot of features that I haven't seen on any other similar apps. I do think the app needs a bit of work on the interface design and language to improve the user experience.
