Every time I’ve had an issue, they’ve swooped in and fixed it… and let’s be real, 98% of those issues were *my* fault or the result of my “I’ll-figure-this-out-later” website setup. I know nothing about websites—I do the digital equivalent of duct-taping things together and hoping for the best. But Kixxl’s team doesn’t judge. Instead, they send me step-by-step instructions simple enough that even I can't mess them up (usually). On top of that, the builder has actually brought in more business AND taken the whole “building gang sheets for customers who have no idea what a gang sheet even is” task off my plate. Absolutely love having this added to my website. This has cute my setup time in half if not more.
