This app does a lot. We only use it to handle a little. Namely, when someone visits our store, they immediately see the main category -- which includes hundreds of products. Kimonix gave us the power to organize this meaningfully, and dynamically. It's true set it and forget it. If you have multiple products, and traffic, you will see a difference with almost no effort.

We were looking for an app to have a better sorting of our products. The team at Kimonix were really helpfull and answered all of our questions. During the onboarding calls, Miriam took the time to cover every piece of the app so it was all clear to us. After a few calls, you really get the feeling that you get what the app claims to do and you can set it up yourself really easy. Kimonix is really proving it's worth thanks to the app and the team behind it.

We started using the Kimonix app in April 2024. Their support team has been very helpful with app setup. We have had various onboarding sessions, our full team attended at first to make sure everyone's preferences for sorting were addressed and to create our first template. After implementing the template on 30 collections, our one on one sessions with our account manager have helped tremendously—by answering questions that came up and with continuous education on more advanced features. We have been very happy with the results so far, we are seeing some products experience renewed activity, and we love that out of stock products are being pushed down and then moved back up automatically when they come back in stock.
