KEX by Bangkoksync connects a merchant's KEX account with Shopify. When a customer chooses the configured KEX shipping method, the app creates a shipment, retrieves the tracking number and label, and updates the Shopify fulfillment. Merchants can monitor processing from the embedded dashboard, print standard or custom labels, check tracking status, and retry eligible failed orders.
