We're really enjoying Jump: Affiliate Storefronts. Probably the best solution that gives you ready-made sign up pages and strorefronts; at a single click of the mouse! Simple and very easy to use. The subscription fees are a little on the expensive side, it would have been nice to see a plan between the free plan and the $65/month plan as we are unable to commit to that price. We highly recommend it though!

The app works fine - this app company/process is horrible. I tried it, installed it and deleted it before the trial. Typically when this happens, your account is deleted as well. However, mine was not. I have to contact the company to delete and unsubscribe my account - ok. But through the app store there is no way to get a hold of them. I had to go through shopify help to get to them, and i don't even know if i was sent to the correct spot. Really poor process and customer service to make people jump through hoops to try to find you to unsubscribe.

So far I'm really happy with this app. What I like about it is that it gives me ample affiliates for our small business, allows the features that I want for the starter plan so I don't have to jump up to higher levels just to get basic features, and it's pretty user-friendly. I am having an issue with affiliates being able to view/edit their eshops right now. They keep navigating to a default page in my store for some reason and I'm hoping to get that fixed (I've already sent an email and am awaiting reply). Outside of that one issue, everything works as stated.
