The reviews for this app are grossly inaccurate. This is a 5-star app with stellar customer service and support. ThisLFS Instant Brand Page is hands down the best Shop by Brands app in the Shopify App Store as of this review. Thank you very much for the app and customizations.

Incredible response from the app makers and the set up was super fast. When help is needed, they respond to emails immediately, even when we live in different time zones.

Doesn't do or look like the video presentation, when you uninstall and check the code it doesn't delete properly and leaves loads of code on the website snippets etc. Enquired why the brand logo does not appear on the product page even though I had done exactly what the set up says and was told this function will come later this month! Also in the video it clearly shows the ability to select products. This function is not on it either.

Our Brand Page has been down for approx. 5 days, the developers website is also down and I haven't had a response to several emails. HELP! Update, change to 3 star - this is now resolved - thank-you.

This is one of the best "brand" creating apps out there. We were able to create a killer brand page better than most we have seen. Also, their support is amazing. They were so helpful when we were making some major navigation changes. Would recommend them over any other app.

WOW!!!! When I was looking for a brand carousel solution I didn't expect I will receive such a great service and quick response. Firstly, It does what it says it does and it is very easy to install, I'm not a coder and using their guide, I was able to implement the brand carousel code easily. Our carousel required further development to fit our needs and we've received quick, efficient and friendly service from Russel and the team. Keep up the good work Y
