We installed this app, hoping it would help with indexing; however, it not only doubles Shopify's indexing but also slows the store's speed. We tried contacting customer support, but they responded only after a few hours. The support chat widget is not working. You can only send a message there; there is no way to receive a chat response. We have decided to uninstall the app and request compensation for the paid subscription.

Before, I would go to Bing Webmaster Tools and submit URLs every time I added or deleted products. Now the app takes care of it. I hope Google adds support for IndexNow soon!
