SpurIT Back in Stock Alerts allows you to manage back in stock notifications to bring your shoppers back and prevent lost sales. The app checks stock levels regularly and automatically sends emails, sms alerts or even Meta Messenger (Facebook) when the product is back in stock. The pop-up appears when a user clicks on the icon badge. It can also pop up automatically when a user is viewing an out-of-stock product.

The Spur It App works very well. The pop up option allows for email input on the product screen. Restock email comes up soon after the item is back in stock.

The UI can use some improvements. An option to import subscribers from a CSV file would be nice, but the overall very useful app and great customer service.

I have recently added this to my store so I cannot tell you how well it is working just yet, but I can say that I have had amazing support. Philip relocated the button to where I needed it and he matched it seamlessly with my store. I am looking forward to seeing results from this app shortly. A great idea.

Love this app! My customers enjoy using it too, as a great way to stay informed about new items coming in, or when stock is replenished. I can see easily in the back end which customers have asked to be notified about what products, so I can see which of my shop items are most in demand. I can also see when a notification has been sent to a customer, and whether they proceeded with their purchase or not. Another feature is to offer customers the option of how long they're willing to wait for a product to come back into stock. I don't use this because my stock can sometimes take longer to arrive from our overseas suppliers, but it's a fabulous way to let customers know we're thinking of them, and appreciate that no-one likes to wait too long for things they want. I'm looking forward to seeing new features in this app as it develops!
