- program neumí všechny měny,...nelze je doplnit jako to umí většina fakturačních programů!! takže musíme fakturovat zvlášť (čekala bych, že to bude samozřejmost) - při přechodu na dpd, později na oss režim program fakturuje ŠPATNĚ DPH! při konečném vyúčtování. Takže pokud je zálohovka vystavená v době neplátce, vyúčtování v oss, je DPH vystavováno špatně a pozor, nelze přepsat, v programu je na výběr jen 0, 12 a 21%...fakturujte pak do EU s dph příslušné země. V podstatě budu muset všechny doklady ručně přepsat v jiném fakturačním programu. (dph i oss režim máme zapnutý v idokladu i v shopify) Daňové doklady k přijaté platbě se nedají vystavovat automaticky s přijetím platby. Podpora hází všechno na shopify, kde ale u daných obj. dph počítají naprosto správně. Doklady se sice vystavují v různých jazycích, což je super, ale nelze odstranit QR kód (který je na dokladu v popsaný česky ve všech jazykových mutacích), vypadá to nevzhledně, neprofesionálně, nedej bože se zákazník ze zahraničí bude snažit zaplatit QR kódem, což nelze (IBAN) a zákaznici tak vznikly poměrně velké vícenáklady za vrácenou platbu. V podstatě ke všemu mi podpora oznámila, že to změnit nelze, QR kód si mám odstranit ručně z pdf...(ok, jedna dvě faktura fajn, ale u 50-100 faktur už je to značně nepříjemné), takže my se tady s účetní snažíme dát zpackané účetnictví dohromady už pátý den. idoklad není úplně levný, čekala jsem podstatně více a ne práci po nocích a podporu, které je vše jedno.

Veľmi šikovná a jednoduchá appka pre automatické vytváranie faktúr. Zákaznícky servis (Bence a Éva) je veľmi pohotový a nápomocný. V podstate reagujú okamžite. A very usefull & simple app for automatic invoice management. The customer service, especially Bence & Eva, are very helpfull & professional. They reacted immediately.
