You need to have an SF Express monthly account to use the app. If you don’t have an account, install our app and from our setup wizard start the process of creating an account with SF Express (this may take some time for S.F Express to process). Please note: HK Business Registration is needed to create an SF Express account. This app currently supports orders within Hong Kong only.

bad experience. the app has been installed for weeks and SF express hasn't ever contacted us to activate the account. Very disappointed.
