Die Schnittstelle hat viele Probleme, synchronisiert falsche Beträge, falsche Konten, etc. Der Support antwortet auch kaum und löst die Probleme nach mehreren Monaten nicht.

Unfortunately, this app is essentially unusable in practice. It already fails at the most critical point: support. There is no understanding of the basic processes the app is supposed to cover, nor any recognizable accounting knowledge. Questions about core workflows are either misunderstood or answered incorrectly, and the tone of communication is unhelpful and at times unfriendly. Support: 1/5. From a functional perspective, the app is incomplete and poorly designed. It does not support inventory synchronization from Shopify to Bexio, which is a fundamental requirement for any serious integration. The overall concept is also not thought through: once you connect a bank interface, the invoices created by the app cannot be reconciled properly. Instead, you are forced to build a manual workaround using a transfer or clearing account just to make reconciliation possible. This completely defeats the purpose of automation and creates unnecessary accounting complexity. In summary: good intention, but very poor execution. If you value clean processes, proper accounting, and reliable integrations stay away from this app.

Der Support ist = 0. Die Schnittstelle läuft nicht korrekt. Die Rechnung in Bexio erscheint ohne Name. Unbrauchbar und diverse Kontaktaufnahmen mit dem Support bleiben ohne Antwort resp. wird man einfach vertröstet.

The app guides you with an onboarding process. But it does not set all the settings that it needs to function properly. I needed the support for this and it took us a bit over a week from the initial installation to fully working. Once all settings were done, it worked well and did exactly as advertised. First month was over, and the Quota did not reset. 0/0 available syncs. Im now waiting for a reply from support since 4 days. So my honest feedback: Support 2/5 Onboarding process 1/5 App itself once fully configured 5/5 Look and feel 4/5

Die Einrichtung dieser App war erfreulich unkompliziert und der gesamte Prozess wurde hervorragend geführt. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit war alles einsatzbereit. Auch im Problemfall zeigte sich der exzellente Support: Ein aufgetretenes Problem konnte innert kürzester Zeit gelöst werden. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Helvy Bexio Connector und kann ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

This app works flawless, which is already great. But what sets this app apart from others is the support: We had a very specific problem which enventually turned out to be a configuration issue and not Helvy's fault. Nevertheless, their supporter Tena patiently helped us solving the issue. She understood the problem immediately, came up with smart and helpful suggestions, even checked directly with bexio and – most importantly – was incredibly friendly and positive! I already liked this app when I opened this support ticket, but now I am a fan forever.
