J'ai rencontré quelques difficultés avec l'application car je n'étais pas familier avec son fonctionnement, alors j'ai sollicité l'aide du service client via le chat. Patrick a été extrêmement réactif, répondant à ma demande en quelques minutes seulement. Non seulement il a résolu mon problème immédiatement, mais il a également pris le temps de créer une vidéo explicative pour m'aider à comprendre où se situait mon erreur et comment y remédier à l'avenir. Son attitude sympathique et le service client agréable ont été très appréciés. L'application elle-même est pratique et facile à utiliser, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour ceux qui débutent dans le e-commerce.
